Our company is essentially a premium design company that creates exclusive sculptures using metal along with exquisite paintings from leading painters across India. - Our clients are typically independent homeowners, apartment-owners, hotels, museums, corporate offices, airports, etc. A few of our previous clients include McKinsey office in Delhi, Radisson Bhopal, etc. - We have recently received a project worth INR 1.15 crores for creating brass murals & sculptures at the Chennai Airport. The project is yet to begin and the payment will be received upon completion. - We receive anywhere between 7 to 8 projects every month, and the majority of them are from independent homeowners. We charge our clients a one-time fee on the basis of the services they wish to avail. All the designs can be completely customized as per the clients' needs. - At regular frequency, we conduct an art gallery experience at our premises where we invite our previous & potential clientele to view paintings from multiple artists across India. Clients can either purchase a ready-made painting or request one as per their specific requirements. - All the paintings shown at the art gallery are purchased by us and we sell them by adding a percentage margin. The custom painting orders are outsourced from our network of painters. - There is an even revenue-split between all our services. - The pictures on the profile show a few sculptures that we had created for our clients over the years of operations. - The company undertook a business loan of INR 25 lakh 6 months ago for which we are paying monthly EMI. The loan tenure is 3 years and the outstanding amount is close to INR 20 lakh. This is the only debt on the company. There are no other outstanding business loans, overdue, or defaults. - The company has two directors and each owns 50 percent of the company. There are no outside investors or shareholders.

Firm manufactures paper cones which are used for spinning cotton and jute yarn. We procure the raw materials from 1 big supplier in Bangladesh. Have a total of 5 clients of whom 3 clients are for cones for cotton yarn and 2 clients are for cones for jute yarn. We have a total of 35 permanent staff and on a daily basis, we produce 20,000 cones. The factory is on a 3,800 sq ft area and it's rented. Both the above factories are located 7 km away from each other. Business owned assets include land & machine at paper cone factory for cotton yarn. The assets also include tools and office equipment at both the factories.
