Biryani Burp is a well known biryani brand serving more than 40 types of biryani. We currently run 3 outlets across Mumbai and also sell our dishes through Swiggy, Zomato.
Our dishes have been well received and we enjoy good ratings across all food aggregator platforms. We are looking to expand our footprint through franchising our brand across India. Franchise partner will have to acquire the food license, purchase the food items from the company, purchase a deep refrigerator and microwave, handle sales and day to day operations.
For the cloud kitchen, it is not necessary to have a commercial space or employees. Operations can be managed from home.
For the take away counter, commercial space is required and employees have to be hired by the franchisee. We will sell the food items to the franchisee at a discounted rate, help register on Zomato and Swiggy and provide marketing support.
