Hotel Investors in Germany

Interests: I am interested in investing in the hospitality industry, specifically restaurants. I am open to both existing restaurants and new startups. I prefer a passive investment role.

Interests: I would like to evaluate several business. I have experience in hospitality, information technologies, defence and space.

Interests: We are looking for a new business to invest in for diversification. We want to enter the foreign markets.

Interests: I am looking for conservative businesses to co-invest in or to take over. Interested in an established structure, and management should be in place. The business should be in Germany, as I am familiar with the locations here.

Interests: Profitability, location, and company's performance are the key factors that I am looking for.

Interests: Searching for several businesses opportunity in the tourism sector. I want to invest in my personal capacity in Poland, Germany, or the Maldives. I feel the countries are of great potential and suitable to run a business. Will run the business with the local staff.

Interests: Will look at the owner's ability and background. I care more about the person managing the business. Want to know the turnover of the company.

I aim to invest €50k-150k in equity, with the remaining transaction value raised through financing. Although my background is in the technology sector, my preference would be to invest in a traditional, well-established and profitable business. I am available for handover immediately and aim to complete the acquisition within 5 months. I target a small business takeover as I am just beginning my journey as ba usiness owner.

Interested in investment banking and internet companies, but especially interested in more traditional sectors. Not looking for service or internet-based companies without existing revenue.
