We are a business advisory and digital transformation firm based in Delhi, specializing in advisory and transaction support, particularly in the electronics and green energy sectors. We are interested in acquiring partial stakes on behalf of an associate firm operating in these industries. Our M&A expertise also covers defence, railway engineering, and energy businesses. We help structure transactions, lead digital transformation initiatives, and support businesses in professionalizing their operations to drive growth and enhance long-term value.

We do charge a retainer fee, and we also charge a 2% success fee upon successful deal closure.
