We charge a modest upfront fee to cover working hours and operational costs associated with producing these deliverables. This ensures you receive high-quality, professional materials regardless of transaction outcome.
Success-Based Fee: Upon successful completion of the transaction (sale of the company), we charge a percentage-based success fee on the final deal value.
Typical Structure:
- Upfront retainer: Covers valuation, documentation, and initial advisory work
