We are a Bengaluru-based subsidiary of an Italian group company, specializing in automotive precision manufacturing of powertrain and suspension components and assemblies.

- We are looking for Precision Mechanics – Target Application Areas.
* Aerospace & Defense components.
Structural parts, actuators, engine components. Requires AS9100/NADCAP certification, but rewards existing TQM/traceability capabilities with higher margins and longer program cycles.
Automotive precision parts (engine, transmission, EV components, chassis, suspension)
The core/legacy domain powertrain and chassis components for OEMs across passenger, commercial, and performance vehicles.
* Railway.
Bushings, suspensions, bogies, braking systems: know-how very similar to automotive chassis/suspension, with IRIS/EN 15085 certifications. A less cyclical market than automotive, strongly driven by public investment in sustainable mobility.
* Energy (Wind, Oil & Gas, Power Generation)
Wind turbine components (hubs, pitch systems, gearboxes), valves and components for oil & gas systems: larger parts, but the precision + assembly + testing logic is transferable.
* Industrial Automation & Robotics.
Gearboxes, joints, structures for robotic arms and automatic machines a growing sector with complex bills of materials and strong mechatronics content, consistent with the sensorized-suspension/embedded-electronics path already underway.
* Hydraulics & Pneumatics components.
Cylinders, valve blocks, precision-machined manifolds — high tolerance requirements and testing-intensive, close to existing process capability.
* Bearings, Gears & Transmission Systems.
Core precision-machining adjacency; feeds directly into automotive, industrial, and off-highway applications alike.
* Medical / Biomedical (Devices, Prostheses, Surgical Instrumentation)
High margins, but requires ISO 13485 certification and a cultural shift on volumes (often smaller batches, higher variety). Attractive for diversifying outside classic industrial cycles.
* Marine / Nautical.
Components for marine engines and transmission systems for boats — adjacent to the automotive/heavy-duty powertrain segment already covered.
* Agricultural Equipment.
Transmissions, axles, suspensions for tractors and harvesting machinery — same engineering logic as automotive, longer product life cycles, less cost pressure.
* Drones.
Precision structural and transmission components for UAV platforms an emerging, high-growth adjacency combining light weighting, mechatronics, and small-batch precision manufacturing.
