We are an investment firm specialising in ESG, green technology, and agricultural products. Our core competitive advantage lies in export capabilities – we have a strong track record in cross-border trade, particularly from Vietnam to international markets. We are currently building two complementary ecosystems outside our core garment business. We already own a hotpot restaurant chain (multiple locations). We understand F&B operations, supply chains, and consumer trends. We own a dental equipment export company, leveraging our export expertise to reach global customers. Across these ecosystems, we take majority stakes (36%) and work hands-on to scale operations, improve governance, and drive sustainable growth. Our investment model is dividend-based, not exit-driven. We partner with founders who want to grow long-term and share profits via cash dividends.

Acquiring / Buying a Business, Investing in a Business

- We are looking for businesses with strong export capabilities – our team has proven strengths in cross-border trade and market access.
- We prefer clean/green tech or sustainable agriculture – eg, organic farming, low-carbon production, renewable energy applications, or circular economy models.
- We require that the founding team stay post-investment. We do not invest in businesses where founders plan to exit immediately.
- Our investment size – between $1M – $3M, ideally around $1M per deal.
- We typically take 36% stake and prefer to grow with the business rather than force a quick exit.
- We seek recurring cash dividends, not a short-term trade sale. We want to build long-term value alongside management.
- We dislike businesses that rely on flipping to another buyer (exit-driven) and opaque governance or weak ESG practices. Startups where the founder plans to leave after funding.
