I have spent 25 years working alongside C-suite executives at Fortune 1000 companies globally, first from the client side, learning how businesses actually work across IT, finance, procurement, marketing, and operations, before building and leading some of the largest accounts and practices in the industry. My career has been defined by firsts. At a global marketing and data services firm, I built the company's largest account at USD 30 million annually, three times the next largest, led its first international expansion into China and the UK, and created its first sub-brand, recognised as the largest B2B agency in the world. I then joined a small data science services company where, over five years, the team grew to over USD 200 million in revenue and 1,400 people. I led the full repositioning of the business, established it as a recognised leader across multiple analyst studies, developed new offerings, and oversaw some of the largest AI transformation engagements in the portfolio. Throughout both chapters, I have driven successful acquisitions, , personally engaging with founders, navigating the process end-to-end, and leading multi-year integration playbooks that brought teams and capabilities together seamlessly. None of it happened alone. My role has always been to set the strategy and build the platform, then get out of the way so great teams can execute. I am looking to do exactly that with my company, with founders who have built something worth building on.

- Professional services or consulting firm that has domain expertise in sustainability, logistics & supply chain, manufacturing, CPG/retail, agriculture, or energy.
- 5+ years in operation, mature, past the startup phase with proven delivery.
- USD 10 million in annual revenue, single-digit organic growth acceptable.
- 20%+ EBITDA margins, clean, profitable business valued on an EBITDA multiple basis.
- Recurring or repeat client revenue, not purely project-based. Retainer, managed services, or long-term engagements preferred.
- Enterprise clients, existing relationships with Fortune 1000 and large mid-market/enterprise brands.
- Founder-led but not founder-dependent, owners ready to exit or transition, strong operations and delivery leadership in place.
- US or EMEA geography, North America primary; European businesses considered.
