I am a 25-year-old entrepreneur from South Tyrol, Italy, fluent in German and English. I founded my first company at 18, a video marketing agency producing commercials for medium-sized businesses. At 23, together with my brother, I acquired and renovated a hotel, which we operate today, and developed real estate projects for short-term rentals. Since then I have built and run several ventures across hospitality, food and retail. I am now looking for my next opportunity, either acquiring an established business or partnering with founders as an active investor.

A solid business model with clear growth potential.
Established businesses with stable cash flow, or early to growth-stage companies with strong traction.
Owners or founders open to an active partner who contributes to strategy, operations and business development, not just capital.
In case of an acquisition: a structured handover and, ideally, transition support from the current owner.
I value transparency, collaboration and execution, and I am looking for long-term commitments rather than short-term deals.
I generally avoid opportunities that only seek short-term funding without a clear long-term vision or room for active involvement.
