We are a law firm and a professional services firm offering corporate and compliance support to businesses based in Delhi. We assist individuals, founders, investors, and target companies with corporate legal services relating to private equity transactions, mergers, court-ordered mergers, investment transactions, founder/investor exits, including, without limitation shareholders/share-purchase agreements, negotiation, legal due diligence, compliance, structuring of transactions and so on.

Our fee structure is tailored to the scope and complexity of each engagement. Typically, we charge an upfront retainer at the commencement of the engagement, followed by milestone-based payments linked to key stages of the transaction. For certain M&A transactions, a success fee may also be agreed upon, payable upon completion/closing of the deal.

As a general indication, retainers may range from ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000+, milestone payments are determined based on the transaction scope, and success fees, where applicable, may typically range from 0.5% - 2% of the transaction value. The final fee is agreed upfront based on the nature, size and complexity of the transaction.
