My career has been built in risk management and financing, so I have a strong understanding of funding, cash flows, accounting concepts, and a general aptitude for understanding how things work. Taking up a Franchise / Distributorship / Sales Agency

I am looking to acquire businesses that are small, relatively simple to operate, stable and recession-proof, have potential for optimization and improvement, and are ideally cashflow positive. Examples would be laundromats, building maintenance, vending machine providers, but I am open to exploring other areas, too. I want to be more hands-off in the day-to-day operation of the business that I acquire (I do not mind some initial work, however, but I am more interested in strategy and optimization rather than daily operation).
