We are having a footfall of around 6-8 customers a day at our mini-stores and 10-12 customers per day for our standalone store. We are now offering FOCO model franchises for our standalone store. This is being offered with a complete exit plan, minimum guaranteed income & very low cost. The store format starts with an initial investment of INR 2.10 crore, which consists: - INR 1.50 Cr. for jewellery stock (fully refundable), - INR 30 Lakhs for fixtures & furniture (partially refundable at 10% depreciation every year), - INR 5 Lakhs for shop deposits (Fully refundable) - INR 7 Lakhs for inauguration expense (non-refundable) - INR 3 Lakhs on the franchise fees (non-refundable), - INR 15 Lakhs for working Capital in Store bank accounts.
