The revenue sharing would be structured in such a way that Logistiks will charge 3% of the total transaction value from the client. Out of this 40% will be distributed to the franchisee partner according to the following criteria: - 10% to the franchisee partner who signed up the service provider. - 10% to the franchisee who signed up the client. - 10% to the master franchisee of the state where the goods originate from. - 10% to the master franchisee of the state where the goods are shipped to.

Terms and conditions of Network Partner: - Franchise investor will manage the hub / warehouse and will be responsible for delivery of goods in the range of 35-40 kms. - He needs to hire delivery boys and manage the entire day to day operation. - All leads will be provided by the company. - Agreement for 3 years. - Salary to delivery boys will be paid by franchise investor.
