Planned carpet areas of 625 sq. ft. and 790 sq. ft. 3. Spacious 2 BHK flats with 2 Bathrooms and 2 Balconies. 4. A modern 15-storey residential building. 5. Projects currently in the IODC approval and construction phase, with possession expected within 24–30 months. 6. Aesthetic interiors with premium vitrified flooring. 7. Excellent connectivity - located near the Eastern Express Highway, close to railway stations, and easily accessible from the airport. 8.
