As new investors came in soon and refurbishing work started in Jan 2020, Covid struck and the project to restart was shelved. We are now looking to restart the operations under a new model with other arms of revenue added such as home deliveries, catering and external contractual operations. Conservative projections still estimate a regular seating of 210 customers per day. The promoter has been with the business for 33 years of operations and 5 expansions starting from 65 sq mts to the current 1,000 sq mts size. Most staff have been with the business for between 15 to 33 years.
