Textile Packaging Businesses for Sale and Investment in Dhaka

Our textile packaging business is located in Dhaka and has not been operational for the past 6 years. - It used to be a family-run business. One by one, all the units were shut down, and the last remaining unit handled packing and printing for local markets. - We used to be a full-service composite ready-made garment (RMG) group, established 26 years ago. - At our peak, we had around 10,000 employees and brought in roughly USD 200 million in annual revenue, but now we have just 30 watchmen where 12 of them are armed and the rest are to look after the facility. - Our facility covers everything from knitting and dyeing to garment manufacturing and denim production, all the way to washing, printing, and packaging. - We also provide yarn dyeing and fabric processing services primarily across about 10 operating companies with 8 bonded warehouse licenses for import–export oriented RMG buyers, making us an integral piece of the supply chain. - The complex has all the necessary regulatory licenses and approvals, including environmental and trade licenses, to operate smoothly. - We own substantial tangible assets valued at about BDT 750 crore, including land, buildings, machinery, and utilities. - The business is now available for outright sale, including its goodwill and infrastructure, plus some outstanding loans totalling around BDT 130 crore.
