I am seeking an operational partner/investor to develop an ambitious high-end restaurant and food production project, designed to dominate the Southeast Asian market.
The business model is based on vertical integration: a central artisanal production hub (specializing in cured meats and dairy/cheese) supplying a chain of restaurants focused on *pizza in pala* (paddle pizza) and gourmet deli offerings. The expansion strategy is rigorous: the first 5 to 10 outlets will be directly managed to consolidate the brand, standardize the production hub, and maximize the model's profitability. Subsequently, franchising will be launched, while keeping the supply chain entirely in-house to ensure exclusive control over the products supplied to all franchisees.
Expansion Plan:
Starting in Khon Kaen (production hub and pilot location), followed by widespread expansion into Pattaya, Hua Hin, Bangkok, and major tourist destinations (Phuket, Koh Samui). The project is scalable and aims to subsequently enter key Southeast Asian markets, with a strategic focus on Vietnam and Singapore.

My career was built in the complex markets of the Middle East (Dubai, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman), where I managed large-scale operations. I currently work for the Government of Bahrain, overseeing high-profile institutional activities and managing significant volumes while maintaining standards of excellence. My background combines the technical mastery of a Chef with the strategic vision of an international F&B Director.
