Our mobile app serves as a platform connecting users with finance and legal consultants, providing personalized and tailor-made solutions to their queries. We offer chat-based advisory services in the areas of finance and legal matters, similar to how people approach doctors through mobile apps.

Our only asset is our mobile application. Which is available on Android and iOS.

We successfully completed the development of our basic app version a few months back and onboarded over 30 consultants, including Chartered Accountants, lawyers, PF consultants, and import-export consultants. We are excited about the progress we have made thus far. We are still in the pre-revenue stage and we will start generating revenue from the registration fee and commissions. The mobile app is available on Android and iOS. The app has over 100 downloads so far. About fixed assets we have no office or any other fixed assets owned or rented by the company at the moment.

Currently we are a bootstrap and pre-revenue startup, with no debts/loans. We are two shareholders. One is a minor shareholder of 2% and the other owns 98%. Our paid-up capital is the source of our current expenditure.
