I'm currently seeking an investment of €35,000 to get this venture off the ground. This includes €10,000 allocated for assets and €25,000 to acquire the existing establishment. The concept is a cozy space that can seat 15 customers for now and includes a small kitchen to offer hot snacks, creating an intimate and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
Our business is strategically tailored for both the low and high tourist seasons in Thailand, with projected monthly sales starting at €5,000 and potentially exceeding €10,000 during peak times. By integrating popular games like darts and pool, and a curated selection of music, we're engineering an exhilarating environment that will keep customers coming back.
Additionally for costumer willingness to come to our Bar more often especially for the low season and budget costumers, we will provide discount cards wich will be sold at the Bar and Hotels. Of course making exclusive deal with hotels that our Bar is the only one who sells them, selling price increase at hotels can be up to 25% per discount card. Discount cards 10%/20%/30% valid for two weeks for 500 drinks, selling price need to be discussed.
