Restaurant Investment Opportunity in Bangalore, India

The restaurant serves authentic Chettinad food through 1 dine-in outlet (with 70+ seats) and 1 food court (inside a mall) serving hundreds of customers on a daily basis. The dine-in outlet has a large central kitchen where we prepare the food for both the outlets. The kitchen has the capacity to prepare food for 1,000 customers per day.
Seeking funds to start a 3rd outlet which will be a takeaway cum dine-in outlet which will be 4 kms away from the central kitchen. We are in the process to enter into a rental agreement with the property owner. It will be on a 800 sq ft area with a seating capacity for 20 people. The area has multiple PGs nearby and our main customers would be students. The food will be supplied from the central kitchen.
