About Northwest Kebab & Curryhouse
- Northwest is a Time Awards Winning Restaurant Brand having been nominated 3 years consecutively and won in 2022.
- Our Chef, Sanjay Tyagi is a Michelin Awarded celebrity.
- Our First location is a humble 40 seater restaurant with Live Kitchen located in Bangalore.
We operate a franchise in Dubai as well.
- The promoter listing is based in Dubai however the primary branch is in India and we are seeking to expand in India right now.

A contemporary space with tantalising views of the grill kitchen, Northwest dishes out kababs and karahis the likes of which have seldom graced Indian tables. Expect a meal from Chef partners Sanjay and Shyam that’s at once familiar yet distinctive; packed with spices and flavours found in Kashmiri, Pashtooni and Punjabi cuisine, and in the Middle East.

We expect the partner to put in the investment, run the operations successfully with adherence to all the necessary quality compliances, and help us expand our name and brand.
Support you can expect from the company
• The rights to use “Northwest Kebab & Curryhouse” name and trademark in the Market Area for the term of the Agreement.
• The right to use the business systems and accumulated know-how through initial and ongoing training and provision of material, operating manual, software and business literature.
• Two-week initial training at the Franchisor’s flagship Restaurant in Bengaluru- India for up to 5 Individuals of the Client’s instrumental personnel.
• Four-week pre-launch training in the client restaurant shall be provided by “Northwest Kebab & Curryhouse” operations.
Personnel. This support includes soft opening and launch event, on the job training and store monitoring.
• Evaluation of the proposed restaurant location (s) and identification of local suppliers and service providers.
• Technical support in relation to customized restaurant designs and layouts and provision of samples of restaurant designs and layouts, building material, sample charts and site development plans.
• Supply of lists and specifications of equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Assistance in the customization of software programs such as POS, accounting, reporting and others.
• Advice and guidance in relation to launching a marketing program and customized design and artwork.
• On-going provision of management, operational, technical advice and guidance.
• Advice and guidance in relation to annual marketing programs and local restaurant marketing.
• On-going audit visits to the Territory as mutually agreed between the Parties.
• Periodical review of financial performance and production of updated business plans.
• On-going menu and sales analysis and evaluation.
• On-going update of operations manual as and when deemed necessary by the Franchisor.
• Continuous update of corporate image and associated identity elements.
• Provision of on-going training as and when agreed between the Parties. There may be additional charges which shall be agreed between the Parties according to type and nature of the training.
• On-going market research and introduction of new products, promotions and marketing ideas.
• Piloting the Area Franchise Developer’s ideas on new products and services in the Franchisor’s company-owned restaurants.
• Support in relation to the design of e-media and newsletters.
