Individual Investor in Austin Looking to Invest in Industrial Businesses and Auto Dealers Upto USD 3 million

I am an associate in a debt capital markets company in Austin, Texas, originating, structuring, and executing leveraged credit across an $11B managed asset platform, including corporate debt, leveraged loans, securitizations, structured participations, warehouse and note-on-note facilities, and asset-backed lending. I have led 45 financings totaling $1.085B in 2026 YTD, and I manage over $7.5B of leverage across private credit, equipment finance, film finance, government-guaranteed lending, corporate debt, and commercial real estate, including sourcing $350MM+ of distressed and special-situations credit opportunities. Previously, I have led 27 financings totaling over $570MM, building standardized credit and covenant models, and managing portfolio monitoring and reporting. Earlier experience as a capital markets analyst, supporting capitalization of 13 development projects (~$1B total capitalization), overseeing debt compliance across 100+ loans, and preparing investor presentations that supported ~$150MM of new project capitalizations. I have prior private equity experience, and I am now looking to leverage this background to invest in small and mid-sized businesses in South America.
