We are seeking an investor who is willing to enter into the aviation marketplace and become our major co-owner with cca EUR 32.5 million investment in our cargo airline venture. This venture needs EUR 19.5 million in cash and EUR 13.5 million deposit to show up.
Our mother company needs the investment in 5 waves.
0 wave: EUR 0.5 million and we need a letter of intent from you about our joint venture, in order to preserve our potential leaders. Without this people do not reassign their current contract.
1 wave: EUR 1.5 million for one time cost, assets, software, marketing, website, etc.
2 wave: EUR 6.5 million operative cost for the start-up period 12 months.
3 wave: EUR 11 million 4 AC lease fee for 3 months.
4 wave: EUR 8.5 million deposit according to the EU regulation.
Our mother company will own 1-2-3 local airline companies in the future. First airline company will be established in London/Budapest/Ho Si Minh depends on our co-owner.
