The company doesn't own many tangible assets apart from 2 cars (4x4), office equipment and furniture. The office is based in a full floor office of 340 sqm recently renovated. It is rented from the main shareholder. The office includes two open spaces for engineers, separate offices, a reception, two restrooms, a kitchen for the staff, a meeting room with audio-visual equipment, two balconies and a veranda. The company is generally funded by the income from projects. The actual income is lower than the expenses, and the company has already spent its reserves, the CEO and two of the quota holders are financing it until the new project starts (expected within 30 days). A loan of EUR 75,000 has been received from one of the micro-credit institutions and is due in 6 months. Some collaborators have not been paid in full yet for the jobs done which will impact the income from the next project. The total due amounts are about EUR 200,000.
