Facilities Overview
The business facility is located in Sabac, 400 meters from the ring road, which is a favorable location. We are located 30km away from the nearest highway at the moment, but soon (by next year) the new highway will be finished through our city. The building was completely renovated in 2017 and consists of a production hall of 360 square meters and a new building under construction of 240 square meters, an office space of 40m2, a kitchenette and a wet room with a shower cabin. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is also a storage area for steel sheets used in the production process. The facility has all infrastructure connections. The building is rented. The building is located on a plot of 4,500 square meters and has the possibility of expansion and construction of new buildings. Rented from one of the shareholders.
Capitalization Overview
The idea of establishing this company was realized in June 2017 and registered for the purchase of equipment needed to start the activity. The founders are two graduated mechanical engineers and mechanical technicians with years of experience, theoretical and practical knowledge. Procurement of equipment, installation and commissioning lasted until half of October 2017, when we started operating with outgoing invoices, we are conceived as a company that will provide services for laser cutting of sheet metal, bending sheet metal, locksmith and welding works, but also have its own ecological products of modern design. By researching the market, we have established that this type of company is needed and that it will very favorably influence the development of other companies that, with cooperation with our company, will replace the old-fashioned method of metal processing, reduce production costs and accelerate the production process.Current shareholders: Three shareholders with 45%, 31% and 24% stake.
