Film Production Company Investment Opportunity in Buffalo, United States

We are a film production company with its head office and registration in the US but we also have operations in France and Sweden. We are looking for an equity investment in order to produce, release and distribute 10 theatrical films over the next 10 years on a global scale. Some of the films in slate have already been pitched to Hollywood players in order to generate interest, study reactions and develop strategies to maximize for the investors and us.
Currently one of the problems with film industry is the strategy of 'pre-sales' which allows financiers to recoup profits before producers and other investors see returns. This strategy helps promote the idea that only films with 'bankable' actors and high pre-sales potential should be produced in the first place. We aim to address this issue by opting for direct equity investment in our films production which would allow investors to receive 40% of the films profits net expenses. Stake will be increased from 40% to 50% if a single investor or syndicate of investors provides the entire USD 50 million.
We have previously produced around 5 films that we released mostly in US and France. Founder and president of the company is based in Sweden and is an award-winning film producer with a focus on film directing, producing, screenwriting, marketing and distribution. He has spent substantial amount of time to study in depth all areas of cinema and film-making, from history and storytelling, to acting, all the way to marketing and distribution. He graduated from reputed colleges in New York and California. He has become an exemplary alumnus after turning his thesis film into a commercial success, that was screened at many festivals and by the UN cultural organisation. He also obtained distribution and promotional deals from some reputable cable / satellite TV networks such as ShortsTV in EU, ShortsHD & DirectTV-PPV in the USA, HD1 / TF1 / TV5 in France.
