The 70-acre property is situated in the newly proposed defense corridor and we are open to give 25 depending on buyer's need. The Government is in the process of setting up SIPCOT SEZ for the aviation industry and electronics manufacturing. Although we were approached by SIPCOT and ELCOT, we are looking for private partners. We are looking to sell outright or develop an industrial park. The land is held entirely under our director's name and is located in the newly announced defense corridor. The land is located close to Sulur Air Force Base and there has been an announcement for the development of avionics and aeronautical SEZ in the nearby area. It is ideally suited for setting up a factory and is on the main road and is connected by the Cochin highway.
