Physical assets include two buildings owned by us with a combined area of 25,000 sq ft, the value of stock and inventory including all gold and silver jewelry, trays, lockers, computers, laptops, cash counting machines, weighing scales, packing materials, cloth bags, purses, and boxes.
Facilities Overview
We have our own premises for the showroom.At present, the showroom is running at a 500s q. ft area.
Three floors (8,400 sq. ft area) of the newly built showroom are ready in the Thammampatty location.
Also, we extended our new branch in Thuraiyur (35 km away from the current showroom) with four floors of around 15,000 sq. ft area.
We planned to open those two showrooms in the next financial year. The land and building are owned by us.
