- Company has successfully completed many large scale development and construction projects in the past.

- We are in the process to purchase and develop 35-acre farm plot. Project can be extended to 110 acres which will be developed in subsequent phases.

- Also planning to add revenue-generating trees to the project with exclusive access to the resort and clubhouse for the owners.

- We have finalized the land and made an agreement by paying an advance.

- Final design of the project is under development.

- Company is registered in Warangal, Telangana and its operations are mostly in Bangalore and Hyderabad as the company owns many properties there.
