We are into layout development and land aggregation in Hyderabad and Bangalore since 2009. Recently we accumulated 220 acres in Hyderabad near Airport. For the same, we roped in a prestigious developer in the city for joint development of the venture. We are looking for an investor to be part of this joint venture to purchase land. The total estimated tentative timeline of the project is 2 years. We are open to fixed percentage returns on investment or on a profit sharing basis.
