Profitable Education Consultant Investment Opportunity in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Education center that provides training on English language and consultation for studying abroad. Since inception, we have served 600+ students. Last year, we generated 65% of revenue through English language training and rest 35% of revenue through education consultation. Due to COVID-19, we currently train 100 students through online classes and we aren't charging any fees to them. Therefore at the moment we are not generating revenue. Have tie-ups with 50 universities and colleges from the US and Europe for study abroad consultation.
Education is a rapidly growing industry in Uzbekistan and over 5 million students undertake English language training every year. We intend to become one of the leading education centers in Uzbekistan. We currently run 1 center and are looking to open more branches. Have identified 3 locations in Tashkent to open new branches. We plan to have 500 students in each branch and, in one year of operation, we plan to have 6,000 + students in all of our centers.
Looking for an investor who can provide us funds for an equity share in the company. We will have a buy back option in the agreement. We will use the funds for 3 years and buy back the shares from the investor after 3 years. Business owned assets include furniture, projector and computers at our current center.
