Newly Established Cleaning Company Seeking Loan in Dubai, UAE

We have been operational since March of last year and achieved an excellent first year in the UAE FM market, with annual turnover exceeding forecasts by more than 30%. We secured contracts to provide services across two schools, several commercial and residential complexes, and signed a three-year contract with the UAE’s largest retail hypermarket network, Majid Al Futtaim Carrefour. (We successfully mobilized the first 75 staff by December of last year. )
Looking ahead, we are planning an aggressive growth strategy for the next financial year, with plans to add another 120 staff and increase turnover by 25%, targeting a net margin of 15%.
We currently offer the following services across the UAE:
- Facilities management.
- On-demand labor supply (for warehouse operations with clients such as Noon and Carrefour)
- Disinfection services.
- Concierge services. There are no tangible assets as a part of the business currently.
Our strong suite of intangible assets includes promoter experience and ISO certifications. Our office is located in a key area - Dubai Investment Park, in a rented facility with a total area of 420 sq. ft. The company also has shared office space available and utilized in the Meydan Free Zone as well as the Sharjah Free Zone. Additionally, we maintain rented labor camps in Dubai Investment Park and Muhaisina (Sonapur), with a current capacity to accommodate 150 people. The business is operated by two partners. Initial funding was provided through personal savings and loans from both partners. There are currently no loans or liabilities under the company’s name.
