Newly Established HVAC Equipment Business Investment Opportunity in Santiago del Estero, Argentina

Custom refrigeration equipment and air conditioners that consume low power and work with solar panels. Currently, as an early-stage company, we have the following assets:
Tangible assets: functional prototype of the 300W air conditioner, laboratory equipment, and development tools.
Intangible assets: design and technical know-how of the ultra-low-power system, prototype documentation, brand and trade name under development, financial projections, and a business plan.
We expect to advance in the short term with trademark registrations, patents, and energy efficiency certifications as key intangible assets. The project is currently in the prototype development stage and does not yet have its own production facilities. Work is being carried out in a personal workshop/testing laboratory, with the possibility of scaling up to industrial facilities through outsourced manufacturing agreements or industrial warehouse rentals if investment is received. The initial plan includes a single-story rental production facility of approximately 500–800 m², suitable for the assembly of the first 1,000–2,000 units. The company is currently financed with the founder's own capital. There are no outstanding debts or loans. The business has a single owner, who owns 100%.
