- The plan is to develop multiple offline experience centres/stores with an advanced interactive future-ready online presence.
- The market we are targeting is pan India and the opportunities are huge. The organized market share for the home interior and renovation business is that of 15% which is worth 250 billion INR with a CAGR of 7.75-8%
- This is an initiative by industry professionals with over 2 decades of experience in core architecture, home interiors, furniture & fixtures, retail operations and retail store rollouts.
- Currently one of the founders is operating a boutique architectural firm.
- Our initial fund infusion requirement is of INR 3.5 crores for launching the first concept experience centre of 3000 sq. ft. in Bengaluru city with a very strong marketing boost that includes a TTL strategy.
Post the first launch we plan to add another 4 experience centre in Bengaluru city suburbs,
Primarily in business districts, near equivalent competition, suburban clusters & new housing development.
- Our business plan is robust and we can confirm a 9-11% net profit year on year post the first year of operations.
- The top-line revenue growth from the business is expected to grow between 10-12% YOY.
- We forecast a top-line revenue from each store of INR between 10 CR to 14 CR p. a. on achieving full FY cycle.
- Our aim and mission are to be the No. 1 trusted home interior company in India by 2028-29 with multiple stores (44 store forecast) across the nation based on both the COCO and FOCO model in Phase I of the business.
- Our target segments that we will service are smart-premium & luxury homes. The growth and expansion plans are distributed in 6 phases over the next many years (details are available in our business deck).
Phase 1&II: Offline experience centres which include the SubLease rental model.
Phase III: B2B online: Architectural Resources: for Architects and Suppliers/Manufacturers: this is a subscription based model.
Phase IV: B2C: The E-commerce model -Market Place.
Phase V: The Bazillion Homes Big Box Concept of experience centres above 100000 sq. ft + that will house all bazillion homes branded products-private label that shall include furniture, mattresses, dhurries, tapestry, bedsheets, cutlery and decor.
Phase VI: International presence in ME &APAC region.
