- Newly incorporated private limited automobile services company based in Bagdol, Lalitpur, Nepal, currently pre-revenue and seeking growth capital.
- Core activities will include buying and selling second-hand motorcycles, repair and maintenance services, and sale of bike accessories and spare parts (aftermarket parts and replacement parts).
- Additional services will include exchange programs for used bikes and planned future offerings of vehicle rental services and electric vehicle charging station infrastructure.
- Target customers are retail riders, fleet operators, and corporate clients requiring vehicle maintenance, parts supply, and bike rental solutions.
- Revenue will be generated from bike sales (used-bike margin), repair and service fees, parts and accessories sales, exchange transaction commissions, and future rental and charging station fees.
- Operations will start in Lalipur/Bagdol with plans to expand across Nepal; growth strategy includes franchising or branch rollouts and partnerships with local workshops.
