Our largest and closest competitors are Pacaso Homes in the USA (with USD 1 billion+ valuation) and August in Europe. While they focus on selling vacation homes to end-users, our company specializes in offering fully managed Airbnb investment packages to retail investors. Clients co-own each property and receive monthly payouts, while we handle all on-ground operations, making investing as simple as a click of a button. Investors benefit from shared ownership, equity appreciation, global diversification, and the flexibility to sell or trade their stake in the property.
We streamline the process by offering beautiful, fully furnished properties to clientele. Each customer can purchase 1/10 ownership up to 5/10 ownership. Each property is held by an independent corporate structure.
We manage the entire process end-to-end at zero acquisition cost. In return, we charge a 35% upfront fee on each Airbnb property sold and earn a 20% monthly revenue share from the rental income, ensuring seamless operations and aligned long-term returns.
Our business efficiently generates high sales with a lean workforce due to a streamlined and highly targeted approach. Our sales process is optimized through social media advertising and broker referrals, ensuring a continuous flow of interested clients.
Rather than requiring a large team, our operation is designed for efficiency leads are directed straight to our sales expert and the promoter, allowing for quick conversions without the overhead of a large staff.
