The main cafe and bar area will occupy approximately 2,000 sq. ft. , offering both indoor and outdoor seating. A custom-built outdoor stage is also planned to host live music and DJ events under the stars.
The natural river access is being landscaped to include multiple ice bath entry points, making it a core experiential feature of the property. A boutique-style souvenir and retail shop will offer branded merchandise and wellness products.
A mid-sized swimming pool is under construction for use by glamping and cafe guests. The property will also include essential support facilities such as a kitchen, restrooms, changing rooms, showers, storage, and a small administrative office.
