Firm provides co-working spaces to individuals, freelancers and startups in Bangalore. Have more than 4.5 ratings on Google and Justdial. We promote our brand through Google Ads and Facebook ads. We currently have 2 co-working spaces in Bangalore. Started our 1st branch in 2016 and have recently started our 2nd branch this year. Our 2nd branch is a newly setup co-working space but due to COVID-19, we have not yet started the operations. The financials mentioned on the profile is only of our 1st co-working space.
First co-working space:
Started our 1st co-working space in 2016 and it is spread on a 2,000 sq ft area. Have a total seating capacity for 32 people which includes dedicated desks for 14 people and shared desks for 18 people. The facility also has a conference room with 6 seats and a pantry with 8 seats. Additionally, we also have printers, CCTV cameras and power backup. The entire office equipment at this branch is owned by our firm. At any point in time, the occupancy rate is 80%. This facility does not have an AC.
Second co-working space:
Our firm has recently set up a 2nd co-working space but due to COVID-19, we were not able to start operations at this branch. This facility is also spread on a 2,000 sq ft area. Have a total seating capacity for 51 people which includes dedicated desks for 29 people, two 6-seater cabins and two 5-seater cabins. The facility also has a conference room with 8 seats and a pantry with 6 seats. Additionally, we also have printers, CCTV cameras and UPS & DG power backup.
