Business Overview
- Our aim is to build a shatterproof plastic structure to cover the transformers in order to protect humans and animals from being electrocuted and on the same structure, we would install hoarding & display an advertisement. Last year we had applied for a patent and copyright for our product in India and the USA and now we hold this patent.
- As per the plan, we will establish tie-ups with the government on a lifetime basis, do tata power MOU and install our structure on transformers across Ajmer city.
- We started with the Rajasthan government and now looking to capture other states. We have a green signal from the Ajmer municipality for straight 15 years and Tata Power.
- We will install the structure free of cost and would generate revenue only through advertisement. We project to generate yearly revenue of INR 50k to 5 lakh per transformer. We installed 25 on an initial basis. So the revenue will be around INR 4 to 5 lakh per month in the worst scenario. The one-time cost that we will incur per transformer will be INR 1 lakh for manufacturing and INR 30,000 for installation (we will offer a cleaning place nearby because of no need to maintain the box. It's maintenance-free) per year. We have a manufacturing setup.
- The founder of the company has 7 years of experience in the IT and advertisement industry. After raising funds, we would tie up with private & government companies to offer our advertisement services. The company is registered in Ahmedabad. However, we got permission to start our operations in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The business now own physical assets, 8 secured box.
