- The company is into manufacturing and marketing apparel and related products under our own brand name on our own platforms.
- All sales are retail sales via our website and our app. There are no wholesale sales and no sales from third-party marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, and the like.

- PAT on any additional revenue should be 25% of sales. So, on sales of the north of INR 5cr, we should be crossing a part of INR1cr which should be the case for FY 25 and 70-80% of that should be in cash, 10-15% in inventory, and ~10% in GST credits.
- Future plans: Adding only mass-market high value products that include everything and anything from the apparel and fashion lines. Immediately plans to add shirts, pants, joggers, cargos, sneakers, jackets, denims, dresses and bodysuits.
- Immediate/Short-term plans include selling on multiple marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, etc which will not require any additional investment in the inventory but bring in sales with a small increment in the overheads for integration of the inventory at all marketplaces with our own such that an inventory. This is something we are already working on with minimum disruption to the operations.
- Medium term plans would include adding verticals like innerwear, accessories, beauty, loungewear and most importantly footwear next but only when we have hit a saturation with distribution and marketing on all online channels which is already a very long runway.
- Long-term plans include opening physical stores if feasible but only with the integration of the existing inventory such as the inventory can be moved to and from one location to the other according to the requirement and sales and all linked and integrated to the central inventory.
- Long terms plans also include bifurcation of the business into the brand and the manufacturing where the existing team continues to do what they are doing, that is focus on the brand and the additional team members from a separate location and focus will be working on contract manufacturing for other brands, including tapping of the export wholesale market.
- Our primary focus will always be brand building, providing high-quality products with exceptional service, and expanding on the same without letting go of the cost consciousness.
- Currently manufacturing 10,000 units per month but the manufacturing capacity is 20,000 units.
