Currently, we manufacture 75 MT to 80 MT of special wood Powder and sell it in the Indian Market. But we have a monthly demand of up to 300 MT of rubber wood powder from our buyers.

Indian incense sticks (Agarbatti) industry's annual market volume is about USD 2.2 billion (INR 18,000 crore), with USD 143 million per year of export business in 125 countries. (INR 1,200 crore), per month India needs very large quantities of white/brown wood powder for making incense sticks (Agarbatti), 65% of this wood powder demand is imported from China & Vietnam. So in India, there are very few local manufacturers. This makes this a lucrative business. India imports large quantities of wood powder from China & Vietnam because, in India, the raw materials availability is very less.
We are manufacturing special wood powder and very few people are manufacturing this in India. (Only two other manufacturers along with us). But our special wood powder is very high quality and better than the imported powder from China.
For this special wood powder manufacturing expansion all costs have been calculated as per the Indian price and if the manufacturing plant is in India. If the plant will be established out of India then we need to recalculate all costs as per the country's local infrastructure cost and local cost up to export to India.
