Business Overview
We are a construction company that is currently working on an apartment complex project to build 48 fully furnished studio apartments. The apartments will come with all the amenities like AC, LEDs, furniture and furnishings. All the apartments are RERA registered and half of the flats have already been booked in advance and we have received a percentage of the payment. We now require funds to complete the project. The apartments are on the main highway near NH24B (Raibareli Road) and many government projects are being planned nearby. In addition, there are 7-8 colleges (engineering, medical and other educational institutes) in the area. This area has an assured rental income of over INR 8,000 per month. Our run rate sales have dropped due to COVID-19.
