We are land owners and wish to sell the land and project in bulk to new developer. Area 31 acres and build-able area 50 Lac sq feet. Current developers are unable to complete the project and also want to exit. At present, there are 10 Towers superstructure built up to, 9 to 12 stories at various stages. The project is situated within Ghaziabad municipal limit and is in the national capital region, and very close to the main road.
We are offering to sell project and land at half the prevailing land price to any new interested developer. A new developer to take over the project rights and pay us very reasonable amount for the land value of 950 Cr. Due to increase in FAR upto 3.75, this project has become highly viable and profitable.
