Restaurant and Bar Investment Opportunity in Mumbai, India

I was running a restaurant & bar serving European cuisine in the heart of south Mumbai for 5 years. Veg/Nonveg 65 seater completely air conditioned 2 levels with a lounge on the first floor. Restaurant had an average of 50 billings a day which went upto 75 on the weekends. Successfully sold this restaurant to a strategic acquirer as one of the partners had to relocate.

I am now looking to set up a new restaurant with a unique concept and European/Continental cuisine with the help of an investor. With my previous experience in 3 different restaurant formats as a business owner, I have developed several good contacts with chefs, vendors, and government agencies. There are nearly 21 licenses required to set up a restaurant with bar and I will be able to get these are minimal cost and on time. I would like to take a minority stake in this business and the investor remains the majority shareholder. I'm also open to doing the same for a fee instead of minority stake. In the long run I would like to open multiple outlets in Mumbai and Pune along with the investor.
