We have been writing about education and raising kids for many years before we funded the school. After that, we got parents in the school to invest and a Myanmar investor who has a passion for education also invested with us. The total share of the company is 400,000 shares. We own 35% of the shares and the rest are all angel investors who are ready to sell their shares so we can grow. The company has loaned THB 4 million from the promoter.
