Our core operations and main revenue drivers include drayage services, Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight, Reefer (refrigerated transport), and a public heavy equipment garage.

Assets Overview
Our robust infrastructure includes a fleet of 230 chassis and 38 owned trucks, supported by an extensive inventory of parts. Additionally, we operate with 3 loaders, 3 forklifts, and a specialized crane designed for handling containers, ensuring we can efficiently meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Facilities Overview
We operate across three facilities in the Montreal area. Our newly established main terminal at the CPKC Railway features a sprawling 300,000 sq ft yard and a 21,000 sq ft building that combines office space with a garage for our equipment. The monthly rent for the yard is CAD 61,000.Our second terminal, located in Lasalle, offers 160 parking spots for chassis, 65 truck parking spots, a 10,000 SQFT garage, and a 20,000 SQFT warehouse.
As we prepare to move operations to our main terminal by the end of next month, the Lasalle facility will be rented to other carriers to generate additional revenue. Lastly, our third facility provides 45 rented parking spots dedicated to other carriers.
Capitalization Overview
2 years ago, we acquired the company through a mortgage with a leading Canadian bank. As of today, the outstanding mortgage balance stands at CAD 2.3 million.
