Our web calling solution improves both, the inbound and outbound communications of an organization. It consists of more cloud services, apps, scripts, widgets, and tools that facilitate the integration of our solution at companies' websites, applications, posts, signatures, add-words ads, etc. It is especially suited for web-shop sales, telesales, online service support, and distance phone services as a channel for receiving calls from web visitors and as an efficient web dialer, and a call campaign manager. It is an alternative to the traditional call centers which brings easy-to-deploy integration with digital business while disclosing many limitations of the old fashion communications.
This is our basic voice service that enables premium business telephony everywhere. Service is being established immediately without any costs of onsite installation. The customer takes the phone, plugs it into the internet, and starts calling and receiving the calls. By installing the web calling button on web site it's possible to reach sales reps, consultants, or support without waiting. The connection is established immediately. There is no waiting for the "answering of the first available operator", like in classical call centers. There's not even any operator, as site visitors talk directly with the salesman of the product that's he interested in. And even more of that, a site visitor knows in advance, whether the person is available or not, while on the other side salesman knows in advance from which product he is receiving the call.
