    Non-operational business seeks investment to start two new outlets of a reputed coffee franchise.
    - The brand has built its image around serving the best specialty coffee in the market and it is expanding at an exponential rate. - We are looking to open two branches of a well-established coffee franchise. - They have recently launched in the US. - The brand has over 35 outlets in London, 7-8 outlets in other cities, and 2-3 in the USA. - Our outlets will be based in central London. - Based on other store performances the business is projected to make a total revenue of GBP 1.3 million with an 18% EBITDA, GBP 650,000 per outlet. - For the construction of each outlet including the furniture, interiors, and kitchen equipment we would require GBP 300-350 thousand. - The brand and license fee for each outlet would be GBP 25,000-30,000. - Rest of the investment will be used to purchase the stock and working capital requirements. - Initially, we would require 10 employees to run the business. - Currently, the business is not registered and we have not decided upon the name of the company.
