Responsibilities
1) Creating resources for SMERGERS each week to drive awareness, inbound leads, and convert them to customers
2) Identifying trending topics relevant to SMEs, Investment Banking, Franchises, Business Owners and Investors
3) Resources include blogs, news articles, guides, white papers, infographics, industry reports, etc
4) Build and manage SMERGERS’ blogs, social profiles, external publications and when required
5) Blogging on an ongoing basis to support and promote SMERGERS and to attract site visitors through search and social media.
6) Crafting email campaigns, landing pages and lead generation that deliver helpful and relevant content for our registered subscribers.
7) Producing audio/video content such as webinars, videos, podcasts to educate our customers
8) Be aware of the basics of SEO and keyword usage for search visibility
9) Track, analyze metrics and optimize content using Google Analytics and Mixpanel reports
