    - Dhaka-based real estate company that is an authorized contractor, construction, supply, and trading company. - Have successfully completed 20 projects in Dhaka. - Company is seeking a loan for a new project. - Have acquired 33% of the land for this project and commenced preliminary site work. - The project will be a 250-acre township located on the outskirts of Dhaka and will consist of universities, schools, retail outlets, and hospitals. - Project will be done in 2 phases. - Phase 1 consists of land acquisition, road networking, utility connections, and preparing plot layout. - Land parcel of 80 acres for phase 1 has already been acquired. - Phase 2 will entail the construction of amenities and other necessary infrastructure. - Project is stipulated to be completed within the next five years. - The business had seen a drastic fall in sales due to the pandemic and sales have slowly picked up now.
